Sales Support Specialist - DACH (m/f/d)

As a Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d) with a focus on medical diagnostic instruments, you will be responsible for the complete order processing - from quotation to order entry, invoicing and shipping:

Your tasks
> Processing orders from trade partners in the merchandise management system (Microsoft Navision 18) in accordance with the conditions and payment terms specified in the trade agreement.

> Coordinating delivery dates with colleagues in the scheduling department and monitoring compliance with deadlines.

> Creating invoices and shipping documents, as well as organizing the shipment of orders via freight forwarders or couriers.

> Close cooperation with colleagues in the field sales team, including coordination on sales offers and inquiries.

> Providing medical product advice on features, compatibility, accessories and spare parts.

> Responding to inquiries from trade partners regarding medical diagnostic devices, delivery times and prices (by phone and email).

> Entering and maintaining master data of trade partners in the merchandise management system.

> Processing returns and complaints, as well as creating credit notes in consultation with the Customer Service department manager.

> Assisting in the collection of outstanding payments and managing the open items list in cooperation with the accounting and shipping departments.
