- Support the Manager with daily management of Safilo partners in the implementation of key account strategies.
- Act as the key point of contact with assigned accounts to facilitate implementation of all requests.
- Assist Manager in presenting seasonal collections to respective accounts; make recommendations based on sales performance, merchandising opportunities, and trends.
- Drive the business by identifying re-order and replenishment opportunities.
- Track and manage Purchase Orders to ensure timely and complete shipping; make sure that all units are allocated, invoiced, and shipped to accounts.
- Manage the seasonal marketing calendars for each account and support the Manager in the definition/execution of brand growth strategies, providing ideas for marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Assist in the planning, forecasting, and allocation of marketing tools.
- Identify and understand local trends and customer needs and translate them into strategic actions to drive sales.
- Prepare business performance reports by account on a weekly basis, assisting in the analysis of the business, and post-performance results of key marketing/promotional campaigns.
- Gather competitive intelligence and analyze relevant data (sales, competitor activity, pricing, etc.) with the direction of the Manager to assess the effectiveness of Safilo's programs and initiatives.
- Some travel to stores will be required to train, prospect, and analyze the business.
- Travel to and actively participate in Market Weeks, Tradeshows, Trunk Shows and Sponsorship Meetings.
- Under the direction of Key Account leadership: Execute event-related tasks, including preparation, coordination, set-up, sampling, and presentations.

- Bachelor's degree required
- 2-4 years experience required
- 2-3 Days in Secaucus, NJ Office required
- Excellent project management skills; highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Team player with ability to work cross-functionally and effectively communicate
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to perform business analyses
- Highly motivated, self-starter individual who possesses a willingness to learn and a strong desire to establish and improve processes
- Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- SAP S4 experience a plus

An individual who possesses creative, and analytical capabilities is required to effectively balance program planning and execution, with post-program analysis & reporting. Key Account Coordinator must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally (Sales Operations, Marketing, Finance, etc.) as working closely with internal departments is critical to execute programs across channels.
