Sales Support Representative (m/f/d) in Lompico, CA

As a Sales Support Representative, you will ensure the smooth flow of international order and delivery processes.

You will be in close contact with customers and logistics service providers, serving as the central point of contact for our sales, purchasing, and accounting departments.

Your main responsibilities

You will be responsible for international order management, including coordinating and processing customer orders until final delivery and invoicing.
Managing inventory will also be part of your role, including ordering finished materials mainly from our parent or sister companies in Japan and the USA.
This includes monitoring logistics processes such as receiving, warehousing, and shipping.
You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing independent and highlevel service.
As an internal liaison, you will work closely with all parties involved and create reports for the sales team.

Your profile

You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or have a degree in business administration.
Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage.
You work independently and in a structured manner, with a strong focus on customer service and communication.
Familiarity with customs and Incoterms is ideal, but not required.
You enjoy optimizing work processes and being involved in shaping them.
You have fluent English skills, a good understanding of numbers, and analytical abilities.
