We are currently seeking to fill the following position in our main office on an indefinite basis:

Title:
Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) for DMS and Digitalization


Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the implementation and support of the document management system (DMS)
  • Developing and executing subprojects with project management
  • Organizing and moderating workshops as part of digitalization projects
  • Preparing and conducting training sessions and informing employees
  • Handling administrative tasks and providing user support for the DMS
  • Collaborating with the Digitalization Office to introduce and shape digital administrative processes
  • Contributing to the digital transformation within the city administration

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Management or Digital Administration Management, or a comparable qualification
  • IT knowledge and openness to new technologies
  • Independent work style and strong communication skills
  • Ideally, experience in municipal administration
