We are currently seeking a Team Leader for our Special Formats Production department at our Wiesbaden location.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

Leading and motivating employees within the production department
Communicating with interfaces within the production process
Independently operating and troubleshooting production equipment
Adhering to and implementing guidelines for hygiene, occupational safety, and environmental protection
Collaborating with your team to continuously improve the department
Documenting work steps and quality checks using computer systems

WHAT SETS YOU APART:

Completed vocational training in the beverage or technical field
Experience in leading employees
Strong technical understanding, motivation, and dedication
Good communication and teamwork skills
Commitment, reliability, and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office and SAP is advantageous
Willingness to work in a threeshift operation
Strategic and solutionoriented thinking and working
