    CDC has a part-time opportunity for a General Dentist at our Maplewood clinic. This position serves as an integral part of the clinical team in providing quality, caring clinical dentistry in a comfortable, culturally-sensitive environment. We are seeking providers who are passionate about our mission

    General Dentist Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive dental care with a focus on the health needs of the patients
    • Provide a patient-centered approach and culturally competent care
    • Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members
    • Conduct examinations of teeth and surrounding tissue utilizing diagnostic tools, including medical and dental histories, dental radiographs, diagnostic casts
    • Provide patient education in proper oral healthcare and various treatment options
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient electronic records
    • Maintain compliance with state, federal and clinic guidelines and protocols
    • Keep up with new developments within dentistry, continuing education and licensure
    • Available for emergency/on-call duty by phone for assigned weekends (twice a year)

    Maplewood Clinic Hours:

    • AM shift: Monday-Thursday 7:20am-2:30pm and Friday 7:20-12:00pm
    • PM shift: Monday-Thursday 2:20pm-9:30pm and Friday 12:50pm-5:30pm

    General Dentist Qualifications:

    • Licensed with the MN Board of Dentistry
    • CPR/AED Certificate
    • Experience working with culturally diverse communities
    • Demonstrated expertise in dental software
    • Ability to quickly adapt within a fast-paced work environment

    About Us:
    At Community Dental Care everything we do is about providing the most caring, culturally respectful, quality dental care to people of all ages and abilities. We provide comprehensive oral health care, preventive education, professional training and advocate for access for all. Our team of 240 employees staff our full service dental clinics in St. Paul, Maplewood, Robbinsdale and Rochester. We are opening a new 12 operatory dental clinic in Buffalo, MN in summer of 2022.
