We are looking for a project manager (m/f/d) for our environmental project in Huttig, AR, for a fixed term from for 30-39 hours per week.

We are seeking candidates from the field of pedagogy, such as social pedagogues, teachers (m/f/d), or similar, with knowledge in business administration and sustainability and/or nature education.

Alternatively, we are also looking for a business administrator (m/f/d) with a focus on sustainable projects and experience in teaching.

About the project:


As part of the funding project by ZUG - Zukunft-Umwelt Gesellschaft gGmbH, we are developing an energy-saving model for 15 daycare facilities in and around Munich.

Our goal is to raise awareness among children, parents, and employees about sustainable thinking and actions.

We aim to reduce our energy consumption and establish and implement resource-saving behaviors in our daily lives in the long term.

The project also includes the conversion of our cleaning products, consumables, and play materials to environmentally friendly, fair, and organic alternatives.


The project is accompanied by internal energy teams who act as multipliers and actively implement our goals in the facilities.

Our project, the developed educational material ("Climate Box"), and the implementation in the facilities should motivate and serve as an example for other facilities and cooperation partners.
