Hollowayville is one of the most diverse employers in Germany.

Every year, we are looking for over 5,000 apprentices in 50 different professions who want to grow and improve with us.

We are currently seeking candidates for a 3.5-year apprenticeship as an Industrial Mechanic (m/f/d) for DB Cargo AG at our location in Seddin.

The vocational school is located in Berlin-Reinickendorf and the training workshop is in Berlin-Schöneweide.

What to expect from your apprenticeship:

  • Become an expert in assembling, commissioning, and maintaining railway technology
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on our freight trains, such as replacing brake blocks and fixing door damage
  • Work with tools and machines to perform metalworking tasks, including turning, welding, drilling, and milling
  • Ensure that our freight locomotives and wagons are always ready for use
  • After completing your apprenticeship, you may have the opportunity to further develop as a Wagon Inspector (m/f/d)
