Job Summary
The Help Desk role will be responsible for the installation, support, repair, and imaging of computer assets.

As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in the success of throughput and delivery of product to our customers.

This role requires that the candidate be a team player, dedicated, motivated and willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced technology environment.

Responsibilities and Duties
Imaging of laptops and desktops. An understanding of TCP/IP and Active Directory.
Management of asset inventory.
Repair of all computer assets.
Follow all standard operating procedures (SOP) necessary for bench success as well as customer satisfaction.
Attention to detail in diagnosis, repair, and QC.

Qualifications
High school diploma required.
Able to come into office to repair devices.
