    As a Business Development Manager/Executive, your primary focus will be on identifying and acquiring new clients who require staffing solutions in targeted industries.

    Leveraging your sales expertise, you will promote our services and establish enduring relationships with prospective clients.

    Prospecting and Outreach:

    Utilize diverse methods such as internet research, cold calling, networking, attending events, and referrals to identify and engage prospective clients within targeted industries.

    Maintain a consistent outreach schedule, making high volume calls per week, with the aim of securing callbacks and initiating meaningful conversations.


    Engagement:
    Research and engage prospective clients to understand their structure, workforce needs, and challenges


    Order Management:

    Collaborate closely with internal staffing consultants to efficiently fulfill client needs, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of staffing solutions.


    Relationship Management:
    Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.

    Access to latest sales prospecting tools and an advanced applicant tracking system with millions of candidates.
    Internal teams dedicated to assisting with collateral development and prompt proposal responses.
