- Responsible for accurately entering monthly rental statement entries and payment reconciliations
- Assist with updating spreadsheet logs
- Additional duties as assigned
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 4+ years of experience in a finance administrative assistant role preferred including data entry and basic accounting experience (such as A/P clerk or similar)
- Experience with leases/contract reading is a plus
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to work well independently, as well as a vital member of a team
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Effective time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
- Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily
- Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment
- Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates, from a remote office location.

About the Job
We currently have an exciting temporary opportunity for a Lease Administration Specialist Temp in our Lease Administration department. This individual will be responsible for assisting the Lease Administrator with maintaining the monthly rental statements. This a remote position for a duration of approximately 3 months.

The starting rate for this position is $19.86 – $32.21 We take into consideration an individual's skills, background, and experience in determining final rate. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
