    Reports To: Director of Operations

    Pay: Salary $50,000-$75,000hr.

    Plus 10% commission on sales.

    45-55 hrs per week Five 8-10 hr days

    Job Overview: The Service Route Manager will assist in making sure that the Service Techs have what they need to do their job, are available to answer their questions, and making sure they are continuing to learn to become better technicians. This role will also play a big part in making sure customers are satisfied, and provide them with alternatives to make their pool/spa perform better.

    Job Requirements:

    Clean valid Drivers License

    Clean Background... No Felonies

    Minimum 6. years experience in residential and 1-2 years commercial pool service work

    Min 1 year equipment repair. Gas Heater and Heat pump experience a plus. Automation a plus.

    CPO Certified or Eligible to become certified

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Verifies that all service equipment is working properly
    • Advise clients of system upgrades (new cartridges / grids or baskets) and or repairs, and then sell it to them
    • Monitor all service reports on a daily basis checking chemical levels, and for any pools that are turning
    • Educate Tech's by having regular training and development classes
    • Supervise the training of new Service Technicians
    • Assist Tech's on their pools as needed
    • Perform initial first service for new clients
    • Gather pictures of clients equipment and log them into the pool application (specify brand, and sizes)
    • Follow up with customers emails, calls, and concerns
    • Conduct quality assurance calls to clients every 5-6 weeks
    • Collaborate with the Director of Operations on training and development, building team morale, employee retention, and special projects etc...
    • Ensures Tech's routes are covered when they call out sick. Even if that means you cover the route yourself.
    • Inspect, Bid and Aquire new service accounts.
