- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or text ensuring timely assistance and satisfactory resolutions. Update staff management when necessary.
- Support front desk duties when Receptionist is on break.
- Handle mailroom responsibilities at scheduled times, sorting and routing mail promptly.
- Assist in management projects as required.
- Participate in Telerecruitment campaigns to schedule donor appointments.
- Track and provide detailed information on rewards or Fandango movie tickets sent to donors.
- Strong phone skills with the ability to manage calls, find solutions quickly, and maintain donor retention.
- Capability to identify and address donor frustrations with empathy and exceptional service.
- Proficiency in multitasking, organizing work efficiently, and following instructions.
- Effective oral and written communication skills in English.
- Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with colleagues.
- Operating office equipment with ease.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to commute using personal transportation.

Overview
Provides excellent customer service to donors through various channels such as phone, email, live chat, or text to address inquiries and concerns promptly. Uses Customer Care software to update donor account information and aims to surpass daily department goals.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or equivalent and one (1) to two (2) years of office experience.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The job may involve light physical effort, including lifting, carrying, and extended periods of sitting or typing.
