    $110,000 - $115, % bonus

    Permanent, full time

    In this position, your responsibilities will entail arranging, managing, or executing alterations, validations, and improvements to processes, equipment, and tooling for both new and established products. Your primary objectives will be to guarantee safety, optimize yields, uphold quality standards, ensure cost-effectiveness, and enhance the throughput of our operations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in advancing the plant's Statistical Process Control (SPC) initiatives to continuously enhance product and process development, ensuring the plant remains competitively positioned.
    • Uphold compliance with cGMP standards.
    • Champion and drive ongoing improvement initiatives for quality and productivity.
    • Provide guidance, coordination, and execution of modifications, enhancements, or validations across existing and new products, processes, tooling, equipment, and related R&D endeavors.
    • Effectively plan, schedule, and execute projects within approved timelines and budgets.
    • Keep management informed of any unusual circumstances that may impact production or assigned projects.
    • Maintain current Bill of Materials (BOM) and routing information.
    • Regularly review procedures to ensure they are optimized and contain up-to-date and accurate information.
    • Maintain engineering records and documentation as required.
    • Lead efforts to align with corporate and plant objectives.
    • Continuously review processes to uphold quality standards.
    • Safeguard confidential information and maintain positive team member relations.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned according to business requirements.
    • Adhere to all regulations, policies, work procedures, instructions, and safety protocols.
    • Demonstrate consistent, reliable, punctual, and predictable attendance.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering Years of experience

    Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • Able to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description
    • Support and contribute in Lean Sigma programs and activities towards delivery of the set target
