As a Commercial Auto Captive Claims Adjuster, you will work closely with the commercial fleets that are insured through our captive program to resolve their physical damage and cargo claims.
Key Responsibilities:
Investigate, evaluate, negotiate and settle physical damage and cargo claims.
Document claim events and payments.
Negotiate fair and equitable settlements and authorize payments.
We are looking for candidates who have:
3-5 years of claims adjusting experience.
Ambition and a desire to learn.
Solid communication, critical thinking, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
Knowledge of the commercial trucking industry is a plus.
