Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Leading and coaching the Culinary team towards achieving exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction results.
Producing a consistent, quality product that meets and exceeds the guests' needs in a timely manner.
Supervising the hourly kitchen employees and monitoring food: production, ordering, cost, quality and consistency on a daily basis.
Ensuring proper safety and sanitation of all kitchen facilities and equipment.
Assisting with leading department meetings, pre-shifts, and employee trainings.
Assuming department responsibilities in the absence of the Sous Chef or Executive Chef.
Assisting with monitoring payroll costs, overtime, employee attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications

Requires refined communication skills and strong leadership skills.
3+ years of previous kitchen experience (Intermediate or Advanced preferred)
Culinary degree or related kitchen experience is preferred.
Candidates should be able to perform intermediate and advanced cooking.
Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Must exhibit a positive attitude and have a passion for teamwork.
