Your strengths:

Commercial, clothing technology, or textile technology education or degree preferred
Ideally, professional experience in production/cutting
Good knowledge of MS Office
Team player with leadership qualities, natural authority, and assertiveness

Your tasks:

Personnel responsibility, planning, and coordination within the department (shift scheduling, employee management, etc.)
Optimization of cutting orders and laying of cutting patterns using CAD
Determination of material consumption per model
Preparation of production orders for cutting
Close collaboration with the development, fabric production, and garment departments
