    Description
    Senior Developer will work on mission critical projects supporting real time trading, analytic and risk systems.


    Experience and skills required:

    • 5+ years KDB+ development experience
    • Experience of defining and implementing KDB+ architectures
    • Proven delivery of technical solutions to appropriate standards and methodologies
    • Indepth knowledge of creating and maintaining KDB+ solutions
    • Experience delivering technical solutions in Unix/Linux environment
    • Demonstrable technical leadership and decision making
    • Experience communicating and liaising with key stakeholders
    • Excellent communication skills and capable of tailoring to the audience
    • Desire to improve technically and maintain up to date with the latest advances
    • Experience of working and delivering solutions in Capital Markets/Investment Banking
    • Cloud architecture and development experience is a plus but not essential
    • Minimum 3.5 GPA in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or any other scientific/engineering discipline

    Desired skills:

    • Contributes to company ecosystem
    • Experience of other programming languages e.g. Python
    • Cloud development and architecture experience
    • Experience of other data solutions, specifically Time Series
    • Experience in an investment bank or large financial organisation
    • People management experience
