    Description

    Job Title: Business Systems Analyst (Cloud Systems Administration Focus)

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Systems Analyst with a sharp personality and exceptional soft skills to join our Client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud system administration, particularly in the Microsoft Azure environment, with extensive experience in ADP, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and the entire Microsoft stack.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Cloud System Administration: Oversee the administration, maintenance, and optimization of our cloud-based systems, with a focus on Microsoft Azure. Ensure system reliability, security, and performance.
    2. ADP and SharePoint Management: Manage and enhance our ADP and SharePoint environments, including user access control, configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
    3. Microsoft Stack Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on the Microsoft stack, including but not limited to Office 365, Teams, Power Apps, and Power Automate. Provide guidance and support to other departments in leveraging these tools effectively.
    4. Collaboration and Support: Collaborate closely with various departments, particularly HR and Finance, to understand their business needs and provide technical solutions and support. Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams.
    5. System Integration: Drive the integration of various systems within the organization to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Develop and maintain integrations between different platforms within the Microsoft ecosystem.
    6. Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and documentation for end-users on system functionalities and best practices. Conduct training sessions as needed to ensure effective utilization of systems.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role, with a focus on cloud system administration.
    • Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure administration and deployment.
    • Proficiency in ADP and SharePoint administration and customization.
    • In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft stack, including Office 365, Teams, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
    • Sharp personality with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Microsoft certifications in Azure or other relevant technologies.
    • Experience with system integration and automation.
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
