- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals
- Answer telephones and respond to inquiries via telephone or email
- Book meeting rooms, set up conference calls and take messages and minutes during meetings
- Collect and distribute mail
- Research and prepare social media content
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying
- Write emails, memos and letters
- Implement and/or develop office procedures and record systems
- Manage the CEO's daily calendar and events
- 1-2 Years of experience is preferred but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Quickbooks
- Strong technical writing skills
- Demonstrated ability to set goals and achieve them
- Strong communication skills
- Be able to work on a team
