    Hiring an Assistant Nurse Manager in Seattle, WA

    Schedule: M-F 8-5 PM

    Overview:

    • Supervision - this nurse would oversee a team of 8 nurses and provide direct support to the nurse manager on site
    • Working with the medical director and spearheading workflow reviews and formulations
    • Meeting with the quality improvement team and ensuring the clinic is meeting appropriate standards
    • Providing professional development to clinical staff, performing workplace evaluations and providing necessary coaching as needed

    3-5 Must Have Skills/Qualifications

    • Registered Nurse Through the Washington State DOH
    • 4-5 years of nursing experience within the ambulatory or clinical space
    • Managerial experience in previous roles (not limited to clinical spaces only)
    • Experience working in a fast paced environment
