Description

The Human Resources Information System (HRIS)Analyst will be an important member of the HR team and will support and maintain the organization's HRIS applications and modules.

While working within HR the HRIS Admin will have exposure to many departments within the organization including end users.

*This position will be based Fully
onsite in our corporate offices in Marlborough Massachusetts* due to the interaction and collaboration with the HR and Operations teams.
Potential Travel to our other facilities ~10%.

RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

Oversees and maintains optimal function of the HRIS, which may include installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules.
Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users.
Collaborates with executive leadership and HR personnel to identify needed improvements and enhancements; recommends and implements solutions.
Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for individual HRIS users.
Programs custom functions and documentation, such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports.
Compiles, or assists with acquisition of, complex data reports, summaries, and logs as requested by senior executives and HR personnel.
Serves as lead representative and liaison between HR, Information Services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation projects.
Ensures system compliance with applicable data security and privacy requirements.
Maintains current knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology.
Automate and administer the Performance Management, Merit Review, and Bonus Systems.
Refine and Automate HR Reporting
