This global position reports directly to the VP of Accounting at Tritium PTY Ltd and is based at Tennessee.
The role is responsible for providing assistance in consolidation and preparation of all internal and external reporting obligations. The position will also assist in developing financial accounting and compliance functions within the business management framework.
About the Role
Key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for month end closing including journal entries, reconciliation and provide finance support to business managers.
Responsible for keeping team on-task to meet global closing deadlines
Project set up and maintain fixed assets registers.
Preparation of deliverables for AU, EUR & US reporting, management reporting and financial analysis.
Assist with completion of annual financial statements and statutory accounts.
Assisting in the preparation of the forecast and budget.
Supporting the external and internal audit process.
Participate in driving continuous improvement and automation of financial processes.
Develop and maintain strong internal working relationships to promote coordinated financial management practices across the organization.
Provide assistance and support with ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned.
BAS Submissions
Assistance with statutory reporting.
Month end reporting
Financial accounting bank reconciliations and general queries
About You
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in accounting.
CA/CPA qualification (preferred, not required)
Leadership or mentoring experience.
Proficient in using office applications e.g., Excel.
Proficient in using accounting software
Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills.
Committed to continuous improvement.
Excellent communication skills.
Proactive in resolving issues.
Ability to work to deadlines and to work successfully in a team.
Ability to work a flex schedule to be flexible with the global team (AUS/UK/USA)

Pay Scale Information
USD $85, $125,000.00
