YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handling 3rd level incidents
  • Developing and implementing test procedures
  • Providing support for operations in an ASA environment
  • Implementing changes according to work guidelines
  • Conducting emergency and recovery tests

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed training or degree in the IT field
  • Professional experience in complex IT infrastructures
  • Strong knowledge of common network technologies and some experience with Firepower
  • Experience with Windows servers and client operating systems
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
