- Provide excellent service to customers by accurately and efficiently processing transactions
- Assist in resolving routine and complex IP issues including out-of-balance transactions
- Verify and clear branches for release
- Assist in researching and processing adjustments internally
- Efficiently sort and process lockbox payment transactions as needed
- Help identify process improvements and assist with revising departmental procedure documentation as needed
- Competently utilize the Bank's Image/IP systems and processes
- Help ensure all IP equipment is well-maintained and operational
- Enthusiastic self-starter who effectively works under supervision
- Results-oriented, structured professional who sets and achieves goals and objectives within deadlines
- Strong team player who enjoys working with and helping other team members
- Effective problem-solver who carefully analyzes issues determines root causes and implements solutions

- 1-2 + years' previous experience with image/IP systems and processes at a financial institution preferred
- Ability to use 10-key equipment at 10,000 strokes per hour with an error rate of less than 1%
- Successful completion of a credit history check
