For a media company in Dresden, we are currently seeking a Payroll Clerk (m/f/d) to join our team.

The position is to be filled in full-time.

Your Responsibilities:

Managing the payroll program (Sage) for multiple clients
Designing and implementing new processes and structures in payroll in a project group
Leading and taking responsibility for the project group
Tax and social security law advice for affiliated companies
Assisting with payroll for various clients

Required Skills:

Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable several years of professional experience
Knowledge of tax, social security, and labor law is an advantage
Ideally, experience with the payroll modules of the Sage HR Suite
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
Independent, structured, and solutionoriented thinking and working with a high quality standard
Willingness for continuous training and further education
Excellent manners and strong communication skills
Excellent knowledge of the German language

Required Education:
Commercial apprenticeship or further education in payroll accounting

Working Hours:
Daytime, Monday to Friday
