Your Responsibilities:

You support costeffectiveness through active occupancy management and building networks with relevant stakeholders.
You advise and support residents and their families or legal guardians, for example in social law matters.
You are also responsible for managing and monitoring social support services. This includes providing professional advice and guidance to employees, both paid and volunteer, as well as additional support staff.
Through cooperative interdisciplinary collaboration, you contribute to a positive and motivating work atmosphere.
