The
JUKUZ is the largest youth facility in the city of Aschaffenburg, offering a diverse range of events and various programs for young people.

We are currently seeking to fill the following full-time position with a salary of S 12 TVöD SuE.

Are you interested in the following tasks?

Developing concepts for municipal youth work and youth policy, as well as providing recommendations for a public youth welfare provider
Continuously monitoring and analyzing developments in youth work, as well as societal and political developments and their impact on young people
Advising, supporting, and supervising professionals in municipal youth work on work concepts and content, youth welfare planning, work organization, organizational forms, government structures, and cooperation issues
Conflict resolution and collaboration with independent youth work organizations
Conducting workshops and trainings, as well as participating in municipal committees and attending conferences and workshops organized by the Bavarian Youth Council and other organizations in the field
Planning, preparing, implementing, and evaluating our own events and other conferences for volunteers and professionals.

Completion of additional training and a special exam to become a municipal youth officer, or a willingness to obtain this certification
Thorough knowledge of the organization and structures in the field of municipal youth work and youth councils
Negotiation and organizational skills
A valid driver's license (Class
