- Process service requests efficiently:
- Prepare impeccable submissions to carriers for clients or prospects.
- Review and assess quotations from carriers.
- Create professional and precise proposals for client presentations.
- Develop accurate summaries for existing clients.
- Review endorsements for precision.
- Handle premium audits and assist clients in case of disagreements.
- Generate certificates of insurance.
- Conduct insurance requirement reviews for contracts.
- Produce and distribute binders and invoices promptly upon coverage binding. Arrange premium financing when necessary.
- Verify accuracy of newly issued policies before client delivery.
- Ensure timely and professional follow-up with clients, carriers, producers, and colleagues.
- Manage and prioritize workload, including tasks for Account Assistant.
- Conduct monthly renewal meetings with producers and fellow Account Managers.
- Maintain certifications and achieve assigned training objectives.
- Stay updated on underwriting requirements and authority specified by each carrier.
- Execute other tasks as delegated by the Team Manager.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Prior experience in Worker's Compensation.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Familiarity with Agency Management Systems. Preference for AMS Sagitta.
- Dedicated work ethic – punctual follow-up, teamwork, proactive nature, attention to detail, and reliability.
- Capability to work autonomously.
- Active Resident State Agents License.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Commercial insurance.
- College degree is advantageous.
