    Job DescriptionPOSITION: Senior Financial Reporting Accountant

    LOCATION: Jupiter, FL

    STATUS: Salary Exempt

    JOB SUMMARY

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    The essential functions of the job include, but are not limited to, the following:

    • Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements.
    • Coordinate with local accounting to ensure month-end close is completed timely.
    • Review local submissions to ensure accuracy, consistency and alignment with accounting policies.
    • Work with local accounting to ensure all local requirements are met.
    • Assist with implementation and oversight of new accounting policies and standardized internal controls.
    • Ensure all entities follow implemented processes and Delegation of Authority.
    • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and special projects.
    • Provide support to other departments such as Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Controlling, Legal and local accounting firms.
    • Other duties, as assigned
    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSEducation & Training
    • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting or Finance
    • Must complete EHS assigned regulatory training for work area as described by PSM's EHS Training Matrix
    Skills/Experience
    • 5+ years of experience in accounting / controlling
    • Ability to analyze financials, identifying and resolving issues
    • Demonstrates initiative and ability to work independently
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Strong team player with a proactive attitude
    • Adaptable and reliable individual with a precise and accurate working style
    • Fluency in Korean and/or Spanish, a plus
