Join our team at Fox Lake Hills, IL and learn about the different areas of the hotel during your training.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • In housekeeping, you will dust, make beds, and prepare the bathroom for guests.
  • In the kitchen, you will get an insight into the preparation of all dishes on the menu.
  • In the restaurant, you will advise guests on their food and drink choices, serve dishes, and handle the bill. You will also learn how to set up the space for different events.
  • At the reception, you will handle checkins and checkouts, as well as provide information and assistance to guests before, during, and after their stay, both in person and over the phone.
  • In the office or back office, you will have organizational and administrative tasks, including bookkeeping and responding to guest reviews online.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • You enjoy identifying and fulfilling guest needs.
  • You have a pleasant and polite demeanor.
  • You have good written and spoken German and English skills.
  • You are flexible and open to working shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • And last but not least, you are excited about working in Bad Düben.
