Your Responsibilities

  • In this hands-on, customer-facing position, you will perform a variety of tasks including installations, troubleshooting and repair, application support, user demonstrations, and training.
  • Working closely with our customers, you will understand their needs and goals and collaborate with our sales team to capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • You may work on-site at customer locations, remotely, or from our headquarters in Taunusstein, Germany.
