    Description

    We are in search of a trustworthy and enthusiastic Business Developer who will have a crucial role in attracting new potential clients and managing accounts for our Cleaning Company. If you have a sharp attention to detail, are proactive, full of energy, possess outstanding organizational skills, and are a great communicator, then this challenge is perfect for you. The ideal candidate should be a tech-savvy and experienced business developer.

    What you will be doing on a daily basis:

    • Visit clients and potential clients to assess needs or showcase products and services.
    • Act as a consultant, familiarize with the environment, inspect the facilities, assist in pricing considerations for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
    • Responsible for all aspects of securing new business, with the primary objective being to finalize most sales during the proposal delivery.
    • Conduct sales presentations to various prospective clients in targeted sectors.
    • Examine, follow up, and manage leads pipeline in CRM system.
    • Identify potential customers through cold calls and devise strategies to secure deals.
    • Address inquiries from clients regarding credit terms, products, pricing, and availability.
    • Coordinate sales initiatives with marketing campaigns.
    • Provide detailed weekly and monthly reports.
    • Create an annual strategic sales plan.

    Requirements for Education and Experience:

    • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory. College degree is desirable.
    • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
    • Prior experience in Janitorial sales is preferred. Experience in Security building or Pest Control sectors could be considered instead of Janitorial sales experience.
    • Demonstrated record of successful sales. Familiarity with professional services is a plus.
    • Previous experience in client management is necessary. Familiarity with CRM systems is a bonus.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are a must.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders.
    • Respond promptly to all emails - even during weekends and after hours - as per client requests.
    • Experience in budget comprehension, P/L, and forecasting.
    • Demonstrated leadership qualities.
    • Effective problem-solving, follow-up, negotiation skills, and the capacity to make prompt, sound decisions.
    • Proficiency in contract negotiation.
    • Aptitude for working collaboratively and cooperatively.
    • Regular travel required to different locations within the tri-county area (Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach). Valid driver's license is a must.
