- Visit clients and potential clients to assess needs or showcase products and services.
- Act as a consultant, familiarize with the environment, inspect the facilities, assist in pricing considerations for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
- Responsible for all aspects of securing new business, with the primary objective being to finalize most sales during the proposal delivery.
- Conduct sales presentations to various prospective clients in targeted sectors.
- Examine, follow up, and manage leads pipeline in CRM system.
- Identify potential customers through cold calls and devise strategies to secure deals.
- Address inquiries from clients regarding credit terms, products, pricing, and availability.
- Coordinate sales initiatives with marketing campaigns.
- Provide detailed weekly and monthly reports.
- Create an annual strategic sales plan.
- High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory. College degree is desirable.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Prior experience in Janitorial sales is preferred. Experience in Security building or Pest Control sectors could be considered instead of Janitorial sales experience.
- Demonstrated record of successful sales. Familiarity with professional services is a plus.
- Previous experience in client management is necessary. Familiarity with CRM systems is a bonus.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are a must.
- Ability to communicate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Respond promptly to all emails - even during weekends and after hours - as per client requests.
- Experience in budget comprehension, P/L, and forecasting.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities.
- Effective problem-solving, follow-up, negotiation skills, and the capacity to make prompt, sound decisions.
- Proficiency in contract negotiation.
- Aptitude for working collaboratively and cooperatively.
- Regular travel required to different locations within the tri-county area (Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach). Valid driver's license is a must.
