    Business Development Associate Responsibilities:
    The Business Development Associate prepares meeting agendas and briefings, maintains meeting notes, and arranges for implementation of action items. Maintains a task list of requests, and updates based on progress and communicates regularly on those advancements.

    Manage zoning, entitlement, and permitting activities Perform underwriting process, including analysis of market information, operational expense data, and estimated hard and soft costsSupports and/or administers projects or processes for division/department.

    Review and analyze engineering and architectural construction plans and contract documentsAssist with the development of budgets and timelines for the various stages of acquisition and development.

    Coordinate with project consultants during the due diligence process including architects, engineers, appraisers, market analysts, surveyors, title companies, etc. as necessaryAbility to lead and guide the production of documents, contracts and presentations.
    Collaborate with various teams to execute the company directives, while balancing multiple organizational priorities in our fast-paced environment.
    Qualifications

    • 2-4 years of experience in Real Estate, Finance, or Investments with relevant real estate development experience.
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel
    • Bachelor's degree in architecture
    • 3 years related professional experience.
    • Knowledge of commercial real estate, hospitality, residential & mixed-use
    • Advances proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Familiar with Revit
    • Experience working on project teams.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong design skills in all phases of work and production
    • Excellent organization and attention to detail
    • Handle confidential information meticulously; escalate any required information with discretion.
    • Desire to grow into a larger role.
