615 Ventures is a Nashville-based investment firm that creates value through the acquisition and management of commercial real estate nationwide.
In addition to our commercial real estate efforts, we also evaluate company acquisitions primarily in the greater Nashville, TN area.
The opportunityAs Property Coordinator for 615 Ventures, you will support 615 Ventures (a real estate investment firm) and Nashville Luxury Yacht Charters (a local yacht chartering operation) by organizing and managing maintenance and property management efforts of the business.
Ensuring those efforts are well coordinated, compliant, and meeting deadlines is critical to our long-term success.You are a key player to our small but mighty team's success and have many opportunities to learn the ropes of the real estate industry.
The Property Coordinator will support the Property Administrator in maintaining the organization and profitable operation of 615 Ventures properties, which includes three fully managed office buildings in Nashville, two retail centers, and 15 various properties around south and north central US.
What you'll doAssist with tenant communication, including the onboarding and offboarding processes.
Fill in for Property Administrator as needed
Assist in keeping accurate records of current property details and conditions including roof, HVAC, utilities and special circumstances
Assist in coordinating with vendors for the scheduling and completion of repairs, including meeting providers on-site as needed
Monitor incoming maintenance requests
Assist in the management of work orders on MaintainX
Assist in managing tenant lease requirements to maintain their contractual terms per the lease
Assist in coordinating build-outs and/or property construction projects
Who you are
Must be willing to work 5 days a week in the Nashville office
Reliable transportation
At least 6 months of administrative experience would be preferred
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong time management abilities
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with Google Workspace
Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward

Salary RangeTechnologyAdvice seeks to hire top-tier individuals across the world and intends for our compensation to be at a rate that allows us to recruit and retain individuals who align with our core values, purpose, mission, and vision.
Final total compensation is based on a multitude of factors including, but not limited to, skill level, relevant experience to the position, and cost of labor.
$48,000—$60,000 USD
