We are a professional service provider in the fields of physiotherapy, personal training, nutrition, and mental training.

Our studio is located just 300m from the main train station in Essen, and offers everything a sports enthusiast could desire on nearly 700 square meters.

For several years, we have been providing services to high-performing individuals in sports and business.


In addition to a great working environment and beautiful facilities in the heart of Essen, you can expect to join a young, dynamic team with flat hierarchies and plenty of room for personal growth.

Our team consists of service staff, athletic trainers, sports scientists, physiotherapists, psychologists, and nutritionists.


Your responsibilities:


  • Welcoming our clients and patients
  • Providing telephone and inperson consultations
  • Scheduling, booking, and followup for appointments
  • Preparing drinks, bowls, and smoothies
  • Communicating information about our range of services
  • Preparing and processing invoices for services using our OpticaViva system

What we are looking for:


  • Strong communication skills (knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage)
  • Friendly and respectful interaction with patients and colleagues
  • Resilience and patience
  • Organizational talent
  • Teamwork, reliability, ability to work independently, carefully, and accurately
  • A certain enthusiasm for sports and physical culture would also be beneficial
