- Identify, evaluate, and report compliance risks, ensuring alignment with regulations and company strategy.
- Conduct timely audits, manage documentation, and oversee remediation plans.
- Collaborate with business units to develop and monitor policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Information Security policies and technology controls.
- Provide strategic risk guidance and recommend technical controls.
- Report risks immediately and provide weekly summaries.
- Review and route audit requests to subject matter experts.
- Stay current with regulatory and audit requirements.
- Perform daily reviews of processes and technical controls.
- Collaborate on policy and procedure improvements.
- Coordinate and manage third-party audits.
- Assist in remediation of audit findings.
- Able to work in Pacific time zone
- One or more certifications required: ITIL, CISA, PCIP/PCI-ISA, CGEIT, CRISC, or similar
- Previous compliance experience required
- Capable of conducting research and seeking information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Windows / Unix Operating systems environments
- Experience in PCI, SOX, SOC2

The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case's facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $78k-$101k salaried.
