Clients Recruiting Enablement team is seeking a Trainer who, like us, is passionate about building innovative training solutions to deliver blended instructional content in support of Client's global diversity recruiting initiative.
**Key qualifications**
5+ years of training delivery experience in a professional environment using adult learning methodologies Experience leading front-of-room training, presenting and facilitating sessions for employees at all levels Experience delivering learning content for multicultural and global adult audiences Experience leading learning programs including planning, scheduling, project communication, issue resolution, change management, and risk management Deep knowledge of sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and internet sourcing techniques like the use of Boolean equations Extensive knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills Able to facilitate brainstorming sessions and gather requirements from partners Able to interpret learning needs and optimally negotiate a plan to deliver results Able to make steady progress and remain calm in an ambiguous environment Able to actively establish rapport, credibility and influence, and get results throughout an organization Comfortable leading a project while partnering with experts to deliver content and placement Able to balance multiple priorities and partners, while constantly communicating status updates
**Description**
You'll help drive the learning strategy for Client Diversity Recruiting. Youll design and build extraordinary learning material for a wide range of platforms to support multiple delivery typesincluding web, on the job, virtual classroom, and classroom. Youll work with people around the world and across Clientrecruiting leaders, marketing professionals, business partners, consumer insights teams, regional trainers, editors, creative teams and moreto rapidly collect information, refine objectives, and produce training thats significant and of the highest quality. Youll apply Client standards to deliver thoughtfully designed work which improves
ease of use across a variety of audiences, while remaining true to Clients history of clean, conversational, intelligent and elegant style that reflects the Client brand. Youll collaborate with other subject matter experts and curriculum developers to ensure that format and delivery support the learning needs of a wide audience. Youll respond to feedback on the resources and assist in engaging the recruiting community. Youll work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, vibrant environment where quality, creativity and accountability are tradition. Youll be pushed to work faster, smarter, and better every single day.
**Education**
Bachelors Degree or equivalent required; Master's Degree in a related field is a plus. **Preferred Experience**
Consistent track record of developing strategies to support a staffing organization Broad understanding of recruiting and standard methodologies Mentoring or coaching experience
