- Sales and Marketing Initiatives: Boost online sales through various digital marketing channels like SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media. Continuously refine tactics based on performance analysis.
- Product Supervision: Work closely with product development teams to maintain accurate online listings, descriptions, and inventory levels across platforms, ensuring a consistent and attractive presentation.
- Customer Service Management: Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by overseeing online customer service operations and implementing feedback mechanisms for improving the user experience.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Regularly analyze e-commerce metrics to make informed decisions aimed at enhancing performance and profitability.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on e-commerce trends, digital advancements, and competitor activities to sustain a competitive edge.

- Wholesale Integration: Collaborate with web developers to optimize the e-commerce platform for wholesale customers, incorporating features like bulk ordering and personalized pricing, while maintaining user-friendly navigation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- Demonstrated experience of at least 5 years in e-commerce, showcasing successful management of online retail operations.
- Thorough comprehension of digital marketing strategies and various e-commerce platforms.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a background in data analysis and reporting.
