We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Vista Center, NJ.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Creating quotes
  • Processing orders with the support of our ERP system
  • Customer service and correspondence, including in English
  • Internal tracking of customer delivery dates in coordination with various production departments
  • Independent handling of framework contracts, including reviewing contract contents
  • Supervising, supporting, and monitoring tasks delegated to the sales team, as well as communication between the field and office staff

Our expectations of you:

  • Completed training as an industrial clerk
  • Several years of experience in sales and customer communication, preferably in an industrial company
  • Strong ability to grasp new concepts quickly, as well as initiative and creativity
  • Willingness to take on responsibility
  • Resilience, flexibility, and teamwork are among your strengths
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken, as well as proficiency in MS Office are required
