Your future tasks include:

  • Contact person for our customers and tailored support
  • Customized offer creation
  • Telephone and written communication with policyholders, claimants, and our main administration
  • Independent handling of claims from the creation of the claim to the payout within your authority

Our expectations of you:

  • Completed training as an insurance and finance clerk or
  • Insurance clerk (IHK)
  • Solid professional experience desirable
  • Experience in claims settlement, ideally in property and liability insurance
  • Enjoyment of communication and commitment
