Description

As a project manager (m/f/d) for land acquisition in wind energy, you will be responsible for securing suitable land contracts and laying the foundation for our future wind parks. Therefore, we are looking for you to join our team at our location in Osnabrück, Little York, IN.

Your tasks:

Building and maintaining contacts with landowners (especially in the agricultural and forestry sector in Lower Saxony and North Rhine-Westphalia) as well as with community representatives and political decisionmakers
Planning, preparing, and conducting information events and landowner meetings, as well as participating in relevant municipal council meetings
Negotiating until successful contract conclusion with landowners
Supporting and assisting in securing planning permission for wind energy use at the regional and local planning level

Your profile:

Professional or academic education in the field of renewable energy, agricultural science/agriculture, land or real estate management, landscape planning & development, or a comparable qualification
First professional experience in field sales or sales advantageous
Communicative and openminded personality
Negotiation skills in German and basic knowledge of MS Office
