We are looking for you as a specialist for work and education (m/f/d) in Glauburg, Montfort, WI
The Wetteraukreis gGmbH for people with disabilities (bhw) promotes, supports and accompanies people with intellectual and multiple disabilities. Social participation, vocational qualification and integration into the general labor market are essential goals of the company.

In addition to various living arrangements and a daycare center for children with and without support needs, we operate four workshops throughout the Wetteraukreis.

There, we support people with disabilities to provide them with a suitable place in the working world.

Your future responsibilities:

You will lead the employees with disabilities individually and systematically according to pedagogical principles and promote the development of their personal and social skills.
You will observe and document the development of the employees.
You will manage the work processes in a work group in a professional and businessoriented manner.
You will ensure that electrical waste is properly recycled, valuable resources are recovered, and the highest quality standards are met.
You will ensure that all disposal processes comply with applicable environmental regulations and safety standards.
