We are currently looking for an architect (m/f/d) for our location in Wolfratshausen.

Responsibilities:

Phases 15: Implementation of concepts according to internal company guidelines for preliminary, building permit, sales, execution, and detailed planning for construction projects
Accompanying the planning process in neighborhood developments
Handling of building permits with authorities
Creation of floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D/BIM data management for residential buildings, commercial properties, hotels, and care facilities
Independent drafting of agreements with structural engineers, building physics experts, building services planners, and fire protection consultants, taking into account applicable regulations and DIN standards
Preparation of execution plans, precast plans, and special request drawings for construction management
Collaboration within the project team with colleagues from project management, work preparation, construction management, customer consulting, and cost estimation in coordination with project development or branch management

Requirements:

Degree in architecture or a comparable university degree
Several years of professional experience as an architect, preferably in urban planning
Proficient in common MS Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook), and preferably in the drafting software Allplan (Nemetschek)
Experience with planning and building regulations, as well as knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules and quality standards
