    Description
    Civil Engineer with experience in stormwater related planning and design

    Location:
    Onsite role in San Antonio TX.

    Usually a hybrid schedule with a few days remote once they are established and engaged with the team.


    Salary Target:
    $90K or greater DOE.


    Interview process:
    Typically do 1-2 Teams video interviews with 1-2 team members and leadership team. Sometimes they move directly to onsite for 2nd and definitely onsite for 3rd.

    Civil Engineer Requirements:
    Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
    8 + years of experience in hydrologic and hydraulic studies, design and plan production for urban drainage and flood control projects
    Texas PE license or the ability to obtain a Texas PE license within 6 months of hire
    3 or more years of experience in managing or mentoring junior staff
    Proficiency with HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS (steady- and unsteady-state)
    Proficiency with Innovyze ICM and HEC-RAS 2D
    Knowledge of local, county and state agency submittal process
    Ability to work independently and within a team environment
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to convey engineering information concisely to technical and non-technical audiences.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    The ideal candidate also has knowledge of the following:
    Working knowledge and experience with XPStorm, StormCAD, CivilStorm Drainage tools, and EPA-SWMM
    Proficiency in both AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation Geopak
    Experience with MicroStation Subsurface Utility Design and Analysis (SUDA)
    Certified Floodplain Manager
