Civil Engineer, Architect, or Technician as Project Manager (m/f/d)

At our company, you can expect a diverse range of tasks that will challenge both your creativity and project expertise. Specifically, you will organize and oversee the implementation of new construction, renovation, and modernization projects. You will be responsible for the implementation of projects in accordance with the HOAI guidelines.

Your responsibilities

Coordination of all processes - both internally and externally
Site inspections, condition analysis, and development of solutions
Cost estimation, cost control, and billing
Management of project teams, involvement in all nine phases of the HOAI for multi-story residential new construction or complete renovations of multi-story buildings and underground garages
Point of contact for members and authorities in relation to construction measures
