Our services range from initial investigations to construction supervision, cost control, training for clients' staff, advisory services for operation and maintenance of installations, and strengthening of public authorities and institutions.

Our main focus is on development cooperation, where we implement infrastructure projects for national high-level clients (such as ministries and line authorities) funded by international donors.

Job Description:
CES is seeking an experienced international Team Leader & Architect (f/m/d) for an upcoming project in Ridgeway, IA.

The project, "Integrated Regional Development Programme Implementation Consultant" in Albania, is currently in the prequalification stage and is expected to start in Q3 of 2023.

This is a long-term position and the ideal candidate will have a background in architecture, urban planning, or landscape architecture.

The project aims to promote sustainable economic growth in selected Albanian municipalities through environmentally-friendly infrastructure investments.

The target group for this project is the people living in the participating municipalities, who will benefit from improved living conditions, increased tourism potential, and local economic growth and job creation.

Qualifications:

Postgraduate university degree in Architecture or a similar field
At least 15 years of practical international work experience in the sector of public infrastructure
Experience in at least 3 similar projects in the region
