Our client is seeking a highly skilled PreConstruction Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the success of innovative and iconic projects that define Miami's skyline.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the preconstruction phase of high-rise construction projects, collaborating with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
Analyze project requirements, specifications, and drawings to develop accurate cost estimates and proposals.
Conduct comprehensive site visits and assessments to identify project constraints, risks, and opportunities.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to gather essential information for preconstruction activities.
Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and value engineering analyses to ensure cost-effectiveness and project feasibility.
Provide expertise in constructability reviews, offering recommendations to optimize project design and minimize construction costs.
Evaluate bids and proposals from subcontractors, negotiating contracts and agreements to secure competitive pricing.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, and subcontractors.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a PreConstruction Manager in high-rise construction projects.
Extensive knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and costs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in estimating software and project management tools.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
