    burn-out that is ever present in our field?At Positive Change Counseling Center our mission is "To provide a space where our clients are supported on their journey to self-fulfillment and healthy relationships".

    In creating a supportive space for our clients, we are also creating this space for YOUWe are looking for clinicians who value relationships, have great communication skills and want to be part of a collaborate team environment where we make a difference AND have fun We are considering applicants who can offer an in-office presence as this is highly requested by prospective clients.

    Consideration will also be given to those willing to work a hybrid position of 60% in-office/40% remote, at our Ventura location.

    Our incredible support team will match you with the clients you feel best about seeing, handle administrative tasks and all things billing.

    Our leadership team will support you in your growth as a clinician and our stellar in-house training program leads the way in live trainings on topics relevant to our practice culture.

    We are currently accepting resumes from both Licensed Clinicians in CA or Registered Associates in CA with a minimum of 1500 hours toward licensure and 2 years post-graduate program experience.

    We are particularly interested in Associates who have a desire to work with

    children/adolescents/adults

    with anxiety, depression and trauma


    Please note:
    the pay listed here is for Associate (Pre-Licensed) Masters Level clinicians and will vary for Licensed Therapists and Psychologists. Full-time benefits are available for clinicians seeing 25+ clients per week. Part-time clinicians are expected to see 12+ clients per week.

    Requirements:

    Clinical BBS Hours:
    Must have at least 1500 hours toward licensure

    Education:
    Master's (Required)

    Experience:
    Psychotherapy: 1 year (Required)

    active California license with the BBS/BOP (Required)
