YOUR CHALLENGES.
Contact person for our clients, including asset and investment managers, project developers, users/tenants, project managers, and architects.
Comprehensive coordination of the preconstruction (acquisition) phase.
Support for clients in the realization of design and build projects and the implementation of lease agreements through individual and pragmatic solutions.
Liaison with the client, involving internal and external specialists such as planning, cost estimation, and technical building equipment.
Negotiation of offers and contracts with our clients.
Structuring and ensuring a smooth project start until handover to our internal execution team.
Continued close customer support, beyond the preconstruction phase.
YOUR PROFILE TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE TOGETHER.
Successfully completed studies with a generalist approach to real estate, for example in the field of architecture or business engineering or construction engineering or real estate management with relevant additional qualifications or experience.
Understanding of planning and cost estimation for structured offer creation.
Experience in the process of design and build projects across all phases.
Indepth knowledge of real estate and technical connections in project development and leasing.
